Welcome
It is a privilege to welcome you to St Peter and St Paul Catholic Primary Academy, a vibrant and ambitious community where Jesus is at the heart of everything we do.
Our mission, “With Jesus at the heart, we learn, love and serve,” expresses both who we are and what we aspire to be. Grounded in the Gospel and inspired by the example of Christ, we believe that every child is unique, created in the image of God and deserving of an education that recognises their individual gifts and enables them to flourish.
Our values of Love, Respect and Service are lived throughout our school community. At the heart of this is a simple but important commitment: every child should be known, heard, seen and loved. This shapes our approach to learning, relationships, pastoral care and the personal and spiritual development of every pupil.
Our unique position within Scadbury Nature Reserve provides an exceptional setting in which to learn and grow. Through our Forest School provision, extensive grounds and opportunities for outdoor learning, pupils engage directly with the natural world, developing curiosity, resilience and an understanding of their responsibility to care for God’s creation.
We have high expectations for every child and provide a broad, rich and ambitious curriculum that develops knowledge, intellectual curiosity and a genuine love of learning. We want our pupils not simply to achieve academically, but to become confident, articulate and compassionate young people who think deeply, act with integrity and recognise the contribution they can make to the world around them.
Education at St Peter and St Paul is a partnership. We greatly value the relationship between school, home, parish and the wider community, recognising that by working together we give our children the strongest possible foundations on which to grow in knowledge, faith and character.
While our website offers a glimpse into life at St Peter and St Paul Catholic Primary Academy, nothing replaces experiencing our school in person. I warmly invite you to visit us, explore our unique setting, meet our pupils and staff, and experience for yourself the faith, ambition and sense of community that make our school such a special place.
“With Jesus at the heart, we learn, love and serve.”
