Morning and Afternoon sessions

These sessions can be paid using your funded hours - subject to eligibility. To check your eligibility for the various types of funding available click on the link below.

To pay for these sessions we charge £19.50 per session (3hrs). We also ask for a contribution of 20p per am/pm session to cover the costs of consumables.  

Charges

Lunch session - Where we look after your child whilst they are on-site during the lunch break 

£6.50 (1hr)

Lunch -  Three hot meal options each day provided by Harrisons

£2.30  

Packed Lunch - Where you have provided a packed lunch we will charge you to look after your child whilst they are on-site during the lunch break 

£6.50 (1hr)

Invoicing and Payment 

Booked sessions that are not covered by Funding - You will be invoiced a month in advance by the Nursery in a Box Parent App which parents will have access to so you can your current balance and make payments, and will be based on the timetable that both you and the Nursery agree to upon admission.

School meals and lunch care cover - Parents will need to pay for school meals/packed lunch using the Parent App School gateway.

Any variation from the agreed timetable may be agreed by the nursery management 4 weeks in advance.
