Good Morning and here are your activities for today.
Maths: Revising what we have learnt this week in multiplying and dividing fractions.
Open the Powerpoint (Fraction Revision) below, read through each slide (on a slide show) and do the questions in your book - show your working.
English: To be able to summarise information.
Read the information attached in the document below (Ted Spark) then in your own words write a summary of why Ted is a unique and likeable character in the novel: The London Eye Mystery.
Art and Design : Painting and making collage
Click on the link below and watch the videos.
Then, on a sheet of A4 paper, use the techniques learnt to paint a big picture of London Bridge with the River Thames in the background. Now, use a new sheet of paper to draw the bridge again, this time use bits of paper, leaves or whatever material you can find to form a picture of the bridge - making a collage. What could you use to show the river in the background - use a soft texture.
Display your pictures in your sitting room for everyone to see.
Have a lovely weekend and stay safe.
Brilliant sunshine for the weekend - sit out and read a book. Have you got 'The London Eye Mystery'?
