English: You have been learning a lot about grammar over the past few weeks. Now I want you to write an adventure  story using all of it. This is a chance for you to show off. I will add a story mountain template to help you.

History: Timelines show major events that have happened throughout history. Timelines can focus on different countries or topics. For example, a timeline could focus on great civilisations, like when the Egyptians, Mayans and Mesoptamians were around.

Tip: REMEMBER it was 2020 years ago since Jesus was born (0 ad).

Anything before that is bc (before christ) and therefore you need to add that on when calculating how long ago an event in the bc was.

For example, something that happened in 500bc wasn't, 500 years ago, it was 500 + 2020 = 2520 years ago.

Now that that is out of the way, have a go at creating your own British History timeline. The timeline in the link below is very detailed, only choose MAJOR events. You can add pictures. Think about when our explorers were around!
