On Sunday we clapped for the NHS one more time. It was their birthday! They started caring for their neighbours 72 years ago and are still doing an awesome job today! Let's all try and care for one another like the NHS. Be kind, be helpful and share a virtual hug!

This can be hard, but if everyone all over the world did this, think of the difference it would make; think of the difference this attitude would make to your family, neighbourhood and school. What can I do at home and in school, to find out what my friend or neighbour needs? I can listen to what they are saying, I can notice if someone is upset, I can share what I have with someone who doesn’t have as much as me, I can remind myself to be grateful, and always to remember, that all I have is a gift from God. Jesus tells us that the best and greatest friend is the one who is generous, kind, unselfish and always ready to help anyone they can. This is what it means to be a good neighbour.
