English – Tadpole’s Promise I used the story Tadpole’s Promise but changed the setting and the characters! I decided to use a chameleon, such a slow creature, and a chick. I chose these as my characters because they can change, just like the caterpillar and the tadpole. What can chameleon change? Yes, his colour! And chick will grow up to be a big bird. I have written some sentences on different cards. Cut them out and put them in order just like our story Tadpole’s Promise. When you are sure they are in the correct order, stick them in your book in sequence. |

Topic Work Houses and Homes We learned about the different rooms in a house. Go through the PowerPoint. You will have to click on the paintbrush to see the picture and then click on the sound button to hear the word. Have fun! I want you to think about your own house. I would like you to draw a picture to show all the different rooms in your house and all the things I would find in each room, just like the picture at the beginning of the PowerPoint. If you have time, write a few sentences about your bedroom. |

Click on the video button up in the top right hand corner next to the red exit button. Watch the introduction and the challenge videos. Close the video window. Now begin the first task by pressing the Challenge button. Work through Challenge 1 Find the Treasure. When done click on Try another, that will be Challenge 2 Drive the car to the bank. Save and exit. You will do more challenges tomorrow! |
