How busy summer is! What do you normally do in summer? Even though it is summer it can still rain and it can be windy! I would like us to keep a graph of what the weather is like each day. At the end of term we will look at our daily chart and count up all the cloudy, partly cloudy, rainy, snowy, sunny and windy days we had altogether!

Download the weather graph. Enter your first weather watch observation.

In our last lesson we learned about Levi the tax collector who was sorry because he had not been honest. He changed and followed Jesus. Today we are going to listen to the story of another man who was sorry and changed. Listen to the story of Zacchaeus.

Tell your grown-up the answers to these questions

Q         What wrong choices did Zacchaeus make?

Q         Why do you think he wanted to see Jesus?

Q         How did Zacchaeus feel when Jesus told him that he was coming to his house?

Q         What did the people who grumbled think? Why?

Q         How did Zacchaeus show he was really sorry for his wrong choices?

Q         Why was it a happy day for Zacchaeus?
