St Peter and St Paul's

St Peter and St Paul Catholic Primary Academy

Well done, we're half way through the week today. Thank your adult for working with you, we know it is not easy. Ready?

Here's our work for today. I've just used an apostrophe!

9.00 – 9.10

Spelling

Practise your spelling for this week. Complete your 3rd attempt today.

9.20-10.00

English

Do you remember the story Stanley’s Stick? We loved that story! How did we know the stick belonged to Stanley? Correct – the apostrophe. Our story Tadpole’s Promise also has an apostrophe. We use an apostrophe to show that something belongs to someone. Look closely at where we put the apostrophe – after the person’s name and then we add the letter ‘s’. Download the PowerPoint and write out each answer in your book as you work through the PowerPoint. See how much you can complete.
