LO: Solving subtraction problems with re-ordering
Please complete the subtraction worksheet attached. They are a collection of subtraction problems which use various types of questions. Each questions requires re-ordering.
English:
LO: The difference between there, their, and they're
There: Not here, there. Refers to a place or location.
- I found a coat there yesterday.
Their: Belongs to a person or people - it shows possession.
- The football players stretched their legs before the match.
They're: A contraction of they + are
- I'm happy if they're happy.
Task: Write 5 sentences for EACH version, using the correct spelling. This will be 15 sentences in total.
Challenge: Write 5 sentences that use all 3 versions:
- Example: They're eating their sandwiches right there by the tree.
